Modern living between Italy and China. House by the River is an exclusive apartment located in Guangzhou, overlooking the Pearl River. The project stems from the client’s wish to reserve an entire floor for his family of seven, creating generous and harmonious spaces that combine comfort and refinement. The client chose to rely on our Italian studio to ensure the highest quality in both design and the selection of materials and furnishings. The interior design achieves a delicate balance between modern Italian style and contemporary Chinese aesthetics, merging them into a unique language that reflects the client’s identity and aspirations. The result is a bright and prestigious residence, where elegance, functionality, and a sense of belonging coexist in perfect harmony with the surrounding river landscape.
