Sanremo Parioli Hotel

A new landmark on the Jesolo seafront
This new hotel project in Jesolo was developed as a feasibility study commissioned by the client to explore innovative architectural solutions for a high-end hospitality structure. The building, with its triangular plan and direct seafront orientation, is designed for a refined clientele seeking comfort, privacy, and quality.
The geometric layout stems from the need to optimize space, enhance sea views, and comply with urban planning constraints. At the southern tip— the most exclusive and panoramic area — lies the project’s signature luxury suite.
As part of this early-phase study, several façade options were explored, including:
one fully wrapped in semi-opaque vertical glass fins, set 40 cm away from the main façade to ensure privacy from neighboring hotels; and an alternative solution with transparent glass balustrades and a green rooftop that strengthens the relationship with the seaside landscape.
The result is a contemporary and iconic proposal, designed to stand out on the Jesolo waterfront and contribute to a renewed image of premium coastal hospitality.
